Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Register
Registration for a seminar, training or workshop is done by returning the registration form completed and signed to Omega Performance. With this registration you agree to all terms and conditions.

Article 2. Prices and payment
The prices of the seminars and workshops are listed on the registration or information form and are per participant. There is also indicated what is included in the price. Before the meeting starts, the participant receives the invoice. This invoice must be fully paid at least 1 week before the meeting starts. Payment can be done cash, check or by bank transfer. Access to the meeting may be denied by late payment. If you have not paid in time, the costs associated with the collection of monies due are on behalf of the participant.

Article 3. Cancellation
The participant has the right to cancel the registration. This must be in writing under the following conditions: If canceled up to 2 weeks before starting Afl. 50, - administration fee will be charged. Cancellation within 2 weeks before the first meeting, half of the total entry fee will be charged. If canceled during the meeting, the total entry fee is charged. In case the original participant can arrange for a replacement the cancellation terms will become due.

Article 4. Modification
Omega has the right to change the classification of the study in terms of time and place. With an insufficient number of subscriptions a seminar, training or workshop can be postponed or canceled. In the event that it is not possible to provide an adequate alternative the paid fee will be returned.

Article 5. Legitimation
Participants in a seminar, workshop or training are required proof of registration and / or proof of identity at the request of the teacher or employee from Omega. When registering you must also leave a copy of ID, passport or driver's license behind.

Article 6. Liability
Omega is not liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with a seminar, training or workshop provided by Omega Performance.

Article 7. Reservation
All information (through advertisements, documents and website) is subject to changes in the training program, prices, dates and changes of location.

Artikel 8. Complaints
Complaints relating to a seminar, training or workshop should be submitted in writing by the participant at Omega Performance.
